From our headquarters in Abbottsford, Paramount Components Ltd. offers metal fabrication, CNC, laser cutting, and prototyping services for a global client base. We work with a variety of light-gauge materials such as mild steels, aluminum, stainless, copper, as well as ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) steels, UHMW (ultra-high-molecular-weight) materials, and Lexan™ polycarbonates.

Although we primarily provide fabricating, finishing, and prototype manufacturing for British Columbia and Western Canada, Paramount Components Ltd. ships to locations around the world.

RAPID PROTOTYPING

Rapid prototyping allows designers and manufacturers to determine how a part will appear, feel, and operate under real-world conditions. Our state-of-the-art equipment and highly experienced staff afford us the ability to create precision parts and assemblies within the chosen tolerance intervals of our customers. Prototyping also helps keep our customers’ production runs as cost-efficient as possible.

FINISHING

A quality part deserves a polished, corrosion-resistant finish. Paramount Components offers powdercoating, plating, and silk-screening as part of our start-to-finish manufacturing processes. We can also assemble, test, and document your part or prototype as part of the production part approval process (PPAP), or for shipping and export purposes.

KANBAN (JIT) DELIVERY

Paramount Components Ltd. utilizes the Kanban delivery method to manage lean manufacturing flows and ensure a ready supply of product whenever and wherever it is needed. This just-in-time (JIT) production system can be modified to coincide with your specific supply and sales targets.
